Meet the Updated SKULabs Dashboard
We’ve given the SKULabs dashboard a modern refresh, making it easier to see what’s happening across your warehouse and connected sales channels without navigating through multiple pages.
Whether you’re starting your morning, checking fulfillment progress, or reviewing your store connections, the information you need is now easier to find.
Know What Needs to Ship
The updated Fulfillment section gives your team a clearer picture of its current workload.
At a glance, you can see:
- Total Orders: Orders awaiting fulfillment, along with their total units.
- Overdue Orders: Orders that are past due and may need attention.
- Not Started: Orders your team hasn’t begun processing.
- In Progress: Orders actively moving through fulfillment.
A visual progress bar makes it easy to distinguish between orders that haven’t been started and those already being worked on.
Why it matters: Your team can quickly identify what needs attention, prioritize older orders, and keep fulfillment moving without opening individual orders.
See What’s Already Shipped
The updated Shipped section makes it easier to monitor shipping activity directly from your dashboard.
You can now:
- View shipped orders and units for a selected reporting period.
- Change the date filter to review different periods.
- Compare your results with yesterday’s shipping activity.
- Monitor fulfillment progress throughout the day.
This gives your team a convenient way to review shipping activity without navigating to a separate reporting page.
A Better Way to Monitor Your Sales Channels
We’ve redesigned the Sync Channels section to make it easier to monitor your connected stores.
Each store now has its own display showing when its information was last synchronized.
You can quickly review:
- Orders: When orders were last synced.
- Stock: When inventory quantities were last synced.
- Listings: When product listings were last synced.
We’ve also made synchronization errors, delays, and disabled connections easier to identify.
Instead of searching through settings, you can check on your connected stores directly from the dashboard.
A Cleaner, More Modern Experience
Beyond the updated information, we’ve refreshed the overall dashboard with a cleaner design, improved visual indicators, and better-organized sections.
The goal is to help your team answer three important questions:
- What orders need our attention?
- What have we shipped?
- Are our sales channels syncing properly?
All from one convenient location.
