User Information will be used by SKULabs in accordance with our User's instructions, including any applicable terms in the User Agreement and User’s use of Service functionality, and as required by applicable law. SKULabs is a processor of User Information and the User is the controller. A User may, for example, use the Service to grant and remove access to a team, assign roles and configure settings, access, modify, export, share and remove User Information and otherwise apply its policies to the Service.

Information is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, as stated by the purposes outlined in this document. You can always contact the Data Controller for suspension or removal of Personal Information.
In the unlikely event of a breach of data which results in a risk for the rights and freedoms of either our Users or their Customers, we will notify our Users within 72 hours of first becoming aware of the breach.
Data protection laws in certain jurisdictions make a distinction between the “controller” and the “processor” of Information. In general, the User is the controller of Personal Information, while SKULabs is the processor of Personal Information and Other Information. SKULabs, LLC is a US company based in Florida.

When we act on behalf of our Users, we will assist Users in responding to individuals exercising their rights under GDPR and other regulations that apply.
If you are a Customer of a User, please contact the User directly with your request to access or limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Information. If you contact us with the name of the User to which you provided your Personal Information, we will refer your request to that User and support them in responding to your access request.
We may collect, use and disclose certain Personal Information about Customers when acting as the User’s service provider. Our Users are responsible for making sure that the Customer’s privacy rights are respected, including ensuring appropriate disclosures about third party data collection and use. To the extent that we are acting as a User’s data processor, we will process Personal Information in accordance with the terms of our agreement with the User and the User’s lawful instructions.
