Yes, SKULabs supports UPS Simple Rate. However, Simple Rate plans can not be added to an existing UPS account at this time, so you will need to create a new UPS account and connect that to UPS. Speak with your UPS rep to confirm, but if you're looking to get started with Simple Rate right away you can create a new UPS account for that pricing.
